If zero stars were an option, I would pick that - and it's not an hyperbole. This is the most unorganized and sloppy title company I have ever worked with. Instead of doing the research on the title, they kept pressing me to find my original title insurance policy from 20 years ago. Then they failed to coordinate the actual close with a notary an hence the buyer of my home ended up signing papers at the end of my table at 7pm on the closing day. Now we are 2 days past closing and still no funds have been transferred to our account and my mortgage has not been paid off. We have received three different statements on what the hold up is: 1) Funds transferred has been initiated and should be completed today, 2) Next morning, sorry funds were returned to the buyer so they need to re-initiate t

I visited Prime Title Group today, and Loved it! This location is Beautiful. The staff is Professional and their superior outstanding customer service representative skills are superb. This is most certainly an Amazing business to visit.
