I had a great experience touring the apartment with Naudia. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire tour. Naudia took the time to explain all the features of the apartment, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the leasing process easy to understand. I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was, and she made me feel comfortable and confident about the community. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend touring with her if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

Made an appointment for a tour and when we arrived, the doors were locked. An employee returned ten minutes later with her supplies from the beauty supply store. I guess the priority of making sure your hair is done is more important than providing a customer with decent service. Who knows. But after driving through the neighborhood, I think I made the right choice by driving right back out. Complete waste of time.
