After touring two terrible complexes just down the street, I stopped by The Everly with low expectations—and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service, the community atmosphere, and the overall upkeep were all impressive. It was truly a night-and-day difference from my previous tours. Angelica was incredibly friendly and helpful while showing me around. The studio and one-bedroom units I viewed were beautiful, though they didn’t offer the closet space I needed. If you’re looking to rent in this area, I highly recommend checking them out.

I love Everly apartments. Ashley Hunt was very helpful during this whole experience and signing a lease. Ashley was there every step of the way. Every time I emailed her she responded back within a responsible time. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody you want be disappointed. Everly is a very well kept apartment. When I put in a repair order it was repaired with a day. I love the fact that you receive an email when the order is completed. Paying is very rent is very convenient, you just log into the website and pay on the website. The amenities that come with the apartment is worth it. If you’re looking for an apartment this is definitely the place to call home. Thank you so much Ashley for helping me with this whole process and letting me call Everly apartments home.

I’ve been here since 2023 and have truly loved my experience. Angelica helped with my first move in and was so helpful and has continued to be a friendly face around the complex. My experience with the tour was awesome! The property is nice, well kept and Ms. Angelica S. left no stone unturned when showing me the property. She was amazing, patient, had an awesome attitude and had a smile on her face the whole time. Definitely will be moving in very soon!!!!!
