Doug always does a great job. This is the first apartment complex I’ve EVER lived in that maintenance actually does good work and in a timely manner! I’ve been here about 6 months now and Doug has done every maintenance request I’ve put in since I moved here (and there’s been a decent amount). Very polite, handy, and insightful when I have any questions. He always speaks or waves when I see him around the property as well. I appreciate all of the maintenance team very much!

Doug and Ryan came over immediately and did their big one. They knocked out five projects within 30 minutes. Glad to have help like this in immediate assistance. They were on time and perfect. Thanks again guys.

I had to move to North Las Vegas to be closer to my dad so I found these apartments online and the lady in the office name. Amanda was really helpful. She even walked into a video of our apartment so we could see it before we applied. She made the whole moving from one state to another state really easy for us and we really appreciate her The complex is kept very clean. It’s very quiet and we are really enjoying living here.

Ryan did an excellent job rekeying my lock quickly and without any complications. Fast, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend!

Excellent maintenance crew. Doug and his team replaced my microwave and made sure the replacement worked and was spotless. Quick response even though I know microwaves are low priority when it comes to living.
