Deciding to work with Elizabeth Sexton, with Triangle to Coast Realty, has by far been the best experience I have had since looking for a new home. She is a-m-a-z-i-n-g to say the least! She is super knowledgeable about housing trends and has impeccable negotiating skills. I know that there is this undiscussed "rumor" that everyone should go with a seasoned realtor, and while I am sure they are great also, I was NOT disappointed with the services I received from my, likely millennium, realtor.
