Ryan Homes at Kipling Village

I had an excellent experience with Ryan Homes. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the process and unsure where to begin. I am extremely grateful to have worked with Zach Dilday, who guided me through every step with clarity and professionalism. He made the home-building process both smooth and exciting, and his knowledge and support were invaluable. I truly could not have done this without his guidance, and I am very much looking forward to moving into my new home.

Update. Now that the construction phase is almost complete, I wanted to update my review from a four star to a five star. Matt, Andrew and Zach have been fantastic to work with. I honestly could not have ask for a better team to help me through the building process. Always available, always quick to respond and always willing to answer any questions along the way…even willing to go out of the way to do a measurement every now and then. Coming from out of state, this has helped emmensly. The timely video updates are an essential part of the process and the benefits in receiving them has been awesome. For anyone who has had a home built while living out of state, you know how difficult it can be. I can’t say enough about Zach with the Sales staff. He brought me around the neighborhood virtually to show me the model homes and the lots available. When I had my daughter go to see him, he sat with her and walked around with her, also.I soon after went to see them in person, and again, he spent time with me. He is easy to talk to and.has been quick to respond to my texts or emails when I have a question. Another aspect of Ryan homes is the videos sent weekly to me by Matt, the Project Manager. He is also very personable and quick to respond to any concerns. I look forward to my videos every week. Zach has been awesome in this process of buying a new home, we had worries about downsizing and starting over and he made us feel comfortable and guided us through everything aspect of the process.
