RYAN HOMES: You can do better. If you’re looking to buy, keep looking. Ryan Homes look nice, have pretty good floor plans BUT, they do a horrible job at putting them together. Our home is consistent with many of the others, in that they have numerous defects that have lead to constant little battles with Ryan management to make things right. Example: Hot & cold water hooked up backwards Both showers ran only cold water Exhaust fan blew back into the kitchen instead of outside Air conditioner was improperly installed Cabinet slides broke on the first day Inadequate drainage in backyard Hot water temperature set too high (scalding hot) In short, they just rushed through to get finished. My experience of purchasing a new home from Ryan Homes has been excellent. Their process is very efficient and seems geared toward making it all as simple as possible for the buyer. Throughout our interactions I have always come away feeling fully confident that they know what they are doing and that things are being done properly. I would especially like to thank Heather Carper and Bryan Blanco for always being friendly, knowledgeable, extremely prompt in responding and making me feel I am important to them as a customer. Heather provided much-needed help and guidance when I struggled a bit early on with all the decisions I had to make, and Bryan was great about keeping me informed on the construction progress, with plenty of photos and weekly videos. Ryan homes at Coble farms has been the easiest building process I’ve ever experienced!!! Heather In the sales office is fantastic & Her communication is above and beyond. I never felt like any question was a silly question and she made the experience fun. Kevin is our contractor and he has been more than informative. Had a few walk-throughs with the house with him and even his direct cell phone number. Loved getting up-to-date details throughout the process!! I am so excited to close in May and be part of this community……. :)

I made the perfect choice in choosing Ryan Homes. My home buying agent Heather Carper made the home buying process truly enjoyable. She answered every question I had and kept in touch with me with all of the updates. My construction agent Kevin Franck was exceptional. I was updated with weekly videos and pictures. He was with me every step of the way and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The home was completed ahead of schedule. Ryan Homes was TOPS . The home is perfect for me and I am beyond happy with the end result.

We had an excellent experience buying our new home. From the beginning until closing we had an easy time. Heather made us feel good about our purchase and was instrumental in making our decision. Kevin, also was very helpful and gave weekly video of the progress. Our Realtor, Maura Sawyer orchestrated everything between Ryan Homes, Heather and Kevin, inspectors included. Ryan from the office, Jeff from warranty, Nick with Kevin all had a part and played it well. I would not hesitate to recommend all parties involved.
