Chad is an amazing Real Estate Agent! We bought a house in NC while living in NY. He helped us every step of the way. He even (patiently) answered my 1,000,000 questions about new construction. He took frequent pictures for us so we can see the progress. We spoke so often during this process that afterwards, we are still friends. Our kids play together and our families go to each other's parties. Not only is Chad a great Real Estate Agent, he is a great person in general. What started off as a Facebook message as a realtor, turned into our dream home in NC and a new good family friend. I would recommend Chad to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a house.

Chad was wonderful to work with. He helped us with getting our house ready to list (deciding what to invest in repairs and upgrades before listing) all the way through closing on our new home. Our home was new construction and he was always available to answer our questions and reach out to our contractors with concerns. He will help be your eyes and ears when you can’t be there. He truly kept our best interest in mind and I would use him again in an instance if I needed to move again.

Chad delivered top-notch service from start to finish during our 14-month new construction home purchase. We experienced many challenges w/ communication from our builder, and Chad stepped in on multiple occasions to ensure our home and design upgrades were completed according to our contract.
