Sam Peterson made the entire process of selling feel easy and comforting. She was very open minded and willing to help in any way imaginable. It was like having a best friend helping you sell your house. She is very knowledgeable, informative, and will cover the pros and cons so that you can understand every aspect of what you are trying to accomplish. Her communication was on point! She was there for me every step of the way. It was a huge relief to have her on my side. She showed up, even when it wasn't a necessity, like signing the closing documents for example.
