From the moment we arrived, Lizzy was AMAZING! She was incredibly detailed, answered every single question my partner and I had, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. The units she showed us were very nice and well presented, and the snacks she provided during the tour were such a thoughtful and fun touch! Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and Lizzy truly went above and beyond.

I had the pleasure of working closely with the leasing office, and I was truly impressed. The staff was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly. Knowing my niece is in the military, it meant a great deal to see how respectful, understanding, and accommodating the team was. Their friendliness and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents, and I feel confident knowing my family member will be living in such a welcoming community.

Beautiful Community! I had the pleasure of touring Trailhead Vista with Blake. The community amenities are top tier. The gym is well equipped, the clubhouse is beautifully designed with reservable hosting space, first come first serve co working space, and package room for larger items and refrigeration for perishable deliveries. The apartments have the latest finishes with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, wall in closets, 2in wood blinds. The prices are on the higher end of the apartment rentals in the area along with a required internet package. There was no discussion of radon mitigation. The community does not have on sight garages for rent but the community has ample parking. The community is well designed and feels tucked away from the main streets of the city but cl
