Our family has been renting from didjos (Jake) for over a year, he has been very respectful, great communication, reasonable and overall a great person to rent from. Jake gave us a chance when we needed it the most and have been grateful ever since! When we had a water line problem( city problem) they put my family in a hotel room for the week, he didn’t have to but they cared about my kids and our safety. They are quick to respond to any request. Over great person to rent from!

Jake bought our place from our previous landlord and rumors began to spread about rent increasing, causing a bit of anxiety for the neighbors here. It turned out to be the complete opposite, rent went up only slightly and Jake was open to negotiating prices. Jake is very caring, respectful and maintains open communication. You wont wait long for a response and it has been a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Me and my family have been a tenant of didjos LLC for about 2 years and Jake is amazing ! I would highly recommend him to anyone. If anything is wrong which has only been a couple times he gets it done immediately! 24hrs 7 days a week.... Super down to earth. I have a big family and we are very grateful to have such a beautiful home everything is up to date... Awesome guy to have a conversation with. I haven't met a more respectable guy. His maintenance men are very thorough and fast. Life happens and I've reached out to Jake on weekends with clogged drains and he very promptly came to our home diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. Truly blessed 🙏 to have Jake as my landlord. I pray nothing but blessing anything that man has his hands on... Thanks Jake 😁

Newark Family Rentals (Jake), bought the house I live in from our previous landlord. We thought we would have to move , just as we were about to have a new baby. Jake let us have our moment with welcoming the new baby without pressuring about paperwork and we signed the lease to continue to live in our current house. Now we are looking into another house he has to move to, as we need more bedrooms. He has always answered any questions I had, replaced or fixed things that needed fixed or replaced.
