Reddington Pines

One of the worst places I lived, today without notice electricity has been cut for non emergency reasons without any notice! The funny thing is no one has been out working around our building at all the entire day...so we went to the office and they say"call if you don't have it by tonight" that's it, no "I'm sorry you weren't notified" nothing! Also, the maintenance guys walking around doing everything but fixing our AC or our bathroom toilet that isn't even fastened down to the floor! All our food is definitely bad after all this is done too, no mention of that from the office either!

Terrible management, never wanted to answer the phone, the sliding glass door always leaked, when told they came out took my padding and dried it and didn’t do anything else. Continued to leak and they continued to just dry it. Heat went out for 2 almost three months and they couldn’t answer a phone. Mind you this is in the winter with a 1 year old. They provided 2 little tiny portable heaters that hardly worked. Told us day after day it should be here but didn’t show up. Along with this they couldn’t fix the neighbors sewage problems and it came into our bathtub and sink multiple times. And told us to clean it out and don’t worry about it. Now after not making us sign a 2nd year lease and doing month to month they’re now trying to put 3k in collections. Don’t recommend this place.

I have lived at Reddington Pines for 3 years, and have been very happy. The manager, Torrey, has been very kind and efficient. Rod, the maintenance employee, amazing! When I have reported things wrong, they were fixed very quickly...sometimes the same or next day. On 2 occasions I had major problems, and they came at night to fix them. Usually, lawn care is great and snow removal, immediate. My experience has been excellent and I suggest renting here.

This complex is amazing! The staff is super polite, are willing to work with you, and always there to help. The 2 bedroom townhome was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room and very well up kept. I have never had an issue, and would recommend this complex to friends and family.

I had an issue with their rent reporting system. Torray Shonebarger helped rectify the issue right away. She is amazing.
