Londondale Village Apartments

Don't recommend if you can't deal with their unfriendly and very unorganized administration. Nothing is clear and they do not follow their own lease. Reps are rude, make up things, and blame tenants for their mistakes. I give them zero stars for communication. We won't be staying after the lease ends. Update: it's only gotten worse. Put in a work order for a kitchen GFCI outlet and to fix an exterior outlet which has the prong holes weirdly filled in and may not be grounded. This was their response: Please stop reciting codes that you don’t understand.. (In a single line of electricity there only needs to be one GFCI plug/outlet on the line to create the GFCI throughout the entire line.) My husband and I have had a great experience here. Special mention to the maintenance here, they are always out working no matter what and are always great at upkeep. If we needed something repaired they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. This complex is in a great area, very low crime, and have never had a disturbance. The owner is very kind and is also quick to respond when you need something. I for sure recommend!

I have been here for a year and I have had no issues. Maintenance is always about updating the apartments and they are super nice. The office people are super nice as well.

Very dated, maintenance could be better, alot of the electrical repairs are done poorly. Rent is reasonable and it is located in a nice area.

Love this place! they really work hard at keeping the grounds looking nice. There has been alot of new updates inside and out
