Called office and spoke with Becky explain two issues, refrigerator shelf bracket had broken and hot water tank was not producing enough hot water. Becky setup service for the next day and asked for permission for Redwood employees to enter. Was texted before they entered and once again when done. Refrigerator part was replaced and hot water tank was tested and then adjusted up. This morning's shower had plenty of hot water. No fuss, no drama. Excellent service. Becky is one of the nicest managers I've ever met. Service people have also been excellent. Happy I picked this place to live.

The completion of our needed tasks on this work order was outstanding. The maintenance man went out of his way to ensure that anything he could do while he was out here on these tasks he would be glad to do for us. He is very professional and very courteous and we are very pleased to have him do any of the tasks that we would require the help of the maintenance staff to do. WELL DONE!!

My refrigerator was down, and service came right away (within the hour), and troubleshooted the issue. They couldn’t determine why the refrigerator kept cutting out, and so swapped it out with another refrigerator that was on site. Relieved and super happy with this outstanding machine service!

Becky was great and very helpful with my elderly parents who are looking to relocate.
