The little short lady at the main office front desk is very rude and gives strong Karen vibes. Replace her before you all get more residents that have to deal with that nasty attitude. However, the sales office is very pleasant and welcoming, which saved this from being a 1 star review.
I visited Traditions of America with my grandparents as they were looking to purchase a home in a 55+ community. From the moment we spoke with a Traditions of America associate we felt welcomed and important. I can not speak highly enough of the site’s beauty, the quality of the homes, and the integrity of their associates. Highly recommend!
