Gold Standard Home Inspections

Mr. Gold was EXTREMELY thorough. That was so appreciated. He found things that would be missed if you're not trained to look for them. My realtor was impressed and stated she would use his services for other clients. And his pricing was the best all around. $400 for an almost 1900 sqft home. That was an awesome rate. His inspection report was detailed with pictures and arrows pointing to specific things as well as descriptions. Thank you for the piece of mind, knowing everything was covered.

Above and beyond. Gold Standard identified details that everyone else missed, including various other inspectors who so-called inspected everything. I am still in awe of how they found so many issues in a new construction home. While we're focused on the amenities, Gold Standard looked at every nut, bolt, nail, and calk bead. Gold Standard not only helped us get our money's worth, but also mitigated issues that would have caused problems later, and helped the builder see when various contractors cut corners and did less than their best. Heck! The builder should reimburse me. lol, Gold Standard gave us a full-color report that helped us resolve every issue before closing. Thanks, Gold Standard.
