Livingston Apartment Flats

Absolutely love Livingston! As a wheelchair user they have an almost perfect place for you. Definitely one of the most accessible apartments outside of a major city. I’m in an accessible room, but you definitely pay a “disability tax” because of the square footage. The accessible apartment has roll under cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and most cabinets are accessible to me. My only two critiques would be the shower isn’t roll-in, so hygiene can be a significant emotional event and the accessible parking is pretty far from the entrance ramp. Gym is definitely accessible, since it isn’t constantly monitored putting away someone else’s weights may be required. The common area and game room area also have ramps. Definitely a great place to live independently!

Do NOT stay here! I moved in under the old management team and I’ve had nothing but issues with the new team. They messed up my lease renewal agreement 2 times and made me come back to resign, gave me no grace when there was a rent payment issue on their system, have done NOTHING about unsupervised children and disruptive noise from tenants and have the audacity to not let me renew my lease with no given reason despite me living here for almost 4 years with no prior issues. Run as far away as you can and don’t look back, not worth the headache

Jocelyn was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had when I was touring! Quick application, approval and move in and so far a lovely place to live! And maintence has always been quick and efficient whenever I needed anything fixed! And their email communications have always been good.

Community is nice, neighbors are nice, maintenance comes almost right when you need them. The people in the office are okay, but the floors and walls are thin. Have had a constant back and forth with management about the upstairs neighbors and all the stomping, running back and forth, and constant noises & banging on things that they do at various times of the day/night, even so the doors are rattling in our apartment. It'll be a matter of time before something in our house breaks. We send emails and they label it as "normal apartment noise" so nothing has been done, which is very frustrating when you work 24/7. I expect noise but I have never experienced anything like this before. Only been here a couple of months and with the economy right now we can't get out of our lease. Probably will

I had a mixed experience living here. The apartment itself was nice, and the gym was great. Maintenance was a definite highlight—every time I called, they were quick to respond and super helpful. However, the common areas left a lot to be desired. The package room was always disorganized, and the dumpster area was constantly overflowing. The pool, while nice when clean, was often dirty and closed every Monday—not a problem for me, but something to consider. The biggest downside was the office staff and their handling (or lack thereof) of noise complaints. We’ve lived in multiple apartments and understand that some noise is expected, but our upstairs neighbors were next-level disruptive.
