Safe, quiet, well kept 55+ apartment community. Easy access to cottage style units. Apartment manager Barbara is always friendly, helpful and ready to be of service whatever the issue and always with a great attitude! JC handles maintenance issues not only timely but with true concern for your comfort. Couldn't be more pleased. Definitely not looking to move elsewhere!

I moved when i needed to downsize. Ive never had to worry about maintenance again, we have 24 hour maintenance. Nice apartment with everything i need. And very sound proof. Im very happily and so is my dog. If you are thinking about moving, come check us out.

I have lived at Courthouse Senior Apartments for 10 years. The location is convenient to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. The complex is very quiet. Also, the Rescue Squad and Fire Department are very close to the apartments. The only complaint l have with the complex relates to my move-in. The apartment was beyond filthy. It was not painted, carpets were not cleaned and appliances were nasty. I blame all of these issues on the former Resident Manager. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my frustration with the company. Betty Altman

My mom love it. And so do i I have been here for a year and a half now and I love it absolutely awesome nice sidewalk to take a walk on. great Lady in the office always willing to help. And everyone here is so friendly. I thank God for my little apartment thank you all.

Today was "move in" day! It is so nice here! Barbara has been more than helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so thankful to her for all of her help. We look forward to a wonderful life here!
