Eastwood Homes at Harpers Mill

Since moving into a newly built home over a year ago we have had many many issues. First-Eastwood’s sub contractors in some areas are the worst. The electrical needs in the house are very limited. We have already spent $2000 in updating and or changing their orig install. We have a big crack in the concrete walkway and one as well on the driveway. Their concrete company has not returned any of our calls and although we are out of warranty, and btw these cracks were noticed prior to warranty ending but Eastwood does not warrant their concrete so we are on our own to get this fixed. The plumbing fittings that they used on our home are the cheapest on the market. We spent another $1600 so we have decent shut off valves in each bathroom. There is not a piece of door hardware that doesn’t have

I haven’t even bought a home yet here. But I will say that I love working with Sarah! She has been amazing! And truly cares about ensuring that we feel comfortable to move to the neighborhood. She gave me the ins and outs and what to look for and what to watch out for. It’s been a joy working with her. Eastwood homes have a quality touch that each look very upscale. Sarah has been a joy and hope to work with her in the future!

Michelle Puletti is an absolute God Send. Super professional and thorough. I have nothing but the highest level of confidence in sending a client her way. Adore her. The site construction manager (Chris) was also a straight shooter who delivered on everything that he said he would do.
