Tracy is a nice guy, I will say that. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed in the quality of service we received while selling our house. Tracy could not sell our house at the price he said he could sell it at (which was the price we all agreed it was worth). In fact, since we were relocating and needed to sell our home so that we could purchase a new one, we accepted over $20,000 LESS than what he originally priced it at. When all was said and done, he made about $12,000 more than us off of the sale. This was after living in the house for six years, doing many improvements, and having a very desirable neighborhood (University Heights – walking distance to UIHC and Kinnick). All unfortunate, but like I said- we had to sell so I came to terms that we were going to get less than
