Replay Iowa City

My daughter lives in this amazing, new, fun community called Replay and I couldn’t be more impressed! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like a safe, welcoming place to call home. The amenities are incredible — from the modern fitness center and comfortable common spaces to the well-kept outdoor areas — everything is designed to make daily living enjoyable and convenient. The customer service here is outstanding. Every interaction, whether in person, by phone, or email, has been friendly, prompt, and professional. Replay is such a fun environment to be a part of! The rooms are the perfect size and offer a great variety of resources. The amenities are the best for hosting fun game nights, karaoke nights, hangouts, etc! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. There are some issues with the pool (being closed, when the TV turns off, and noise) but staff work to get issues solved. I would totally live here again and be perfectly happy about it!

Replay is such an awesome place to live! The place itself is so nice and has so many amenities. Personally, my favorites are the karaoke room and the hot tub. More than that, though, the people who work at Replay are wonderful and so so helpful. When I need something, I always feel like I can call them.

Super welcoming! The apartment they showed us(2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) was a bit small but it made up for it in coziness and its style. They completely went overboard with the amenities for students which is extremely helpful. Fully expecting to live there next year!!

My son is a resident and LOVES everything about the property and all the amenities. The staff is so friendly, responsive and welcoming and we’ve already renewed his lease for next year. I would highly recommend coming in for a tour and signing a lease before they start filling up in 2026!
