I rented from Terry Vargason with FBA properties from August 2022 to August 2024. Terry is an exceptional landlord! He is friendly, communicative, kind, flexible, understanding, accommodating, and efficient!! My partner has rented from Terry for even longer. We both have only good things to say about this man. The monthly rent is a fair price and the location is great! You will have have easy access to the interstate, highway, Casey's, Walmart, etc and a BEAUTIFUL walking trail (and parks for the kids) right next door that we loved going to every day. Thank you Terry, you have set the standard for what a great landlord should be.

Terry is legitimately the best landlord I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. He is thoughtful and efficient. Any problems I ever had were resolved in a timely manner. In addition, Terry is an extremely communicative property manager. He replies to phone calls, texts, and emails at the drop of a hat. He took every concern I had seriously, and resolved my problems while providing clear guidelines and expectations. Terry owned my first apartment, and having him as my landlord spoiled me. You won't find anyone else in the area with a better landlord or prices.

Terry is the best landlord you could ever wish for! You can tell that he truly cares about all of his tenants and wants everyone to have a comfortable experience. Very kind and generous! I was very impressed with the consistent monthly extermination every unit receives. His maintenance guy is on call 24/7 for emergencies, and will always fix anything that needs done. You always hear about terrible landlord stories and it makes you worry when hunting for an apartment. But rest assured you won't have that worry with Terry, he is the best!

I rented from Terry for about two years amazing experience hands down. If your looking for a landlord in the Iowa city Area and your able to rent with Terry jump on the chance because you will love it. Tim the maintenance person was amazing also gets everything done in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about Terry if I could rent again I would any day of the week. The apartments were so well taken care of too and they are in such a good place not far from a park or Walmart or anything.

Terry is an amazing landlord. He was very accommodating, quick to respond, and kind. His maintenance man, Tim, was also very prompt whenever we needed something fixed! The apartment was clean and a fair price for what you got. We loved it there! I Cannot think of a single bad thing to say about Terry and Tim, and I 100% recommend FBA properties.
