The Hive Iowa Apartments

My D will be attending carver medical school in August and we have visited 6 different apartment rentals and overall the Hive is the best fit for her. The tour went well and the representatives from the Hive have been very helpful and extremely patient with my questions. And they communicate really well among themselves which is impressive. So far so good!

My nephew Caden has been living/working at Hive, and it has been an excellent experience all around. The complex feels very safe, which gives both him and our family peace of mind. The building and common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for students. Hive also offers great amenities — the gym is convenient and well-equipped, making it easy for residents to stay active without leaving the property. The community itself is engaging and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities for students to connect, socialize, and feel at home. Overall, Hive has been a wonderful place for my nephew to live during college. Highly recommend for any student looking for a safe, clean, and community-focused apartment option.

We’ve rented an apartment at The Hive for our son, who is a sophomore at the University of Iowa, and it’s been a great experience! The location is perfect—close to campus and downtown. The building is always clean, with excellent amenities and secure parking. We also appreciate how The Hive engages residents with fun events, drawings, and activities. He has signed a lease to stay a second year. Highly recommend!

Anthony is amazing. He once took the time out of the day to get to know me. He helped me a lot after my dogs passed and gave me the courage to go to therapy. Thank you Anthony. Never change.

The move in process went absolutely perfectly! Savannah steele walked me through the entire process and was absolutely amazing at answering all of my questions. The apartment is so lovely and updated! Savannah was extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the move in. She was extremely thorough in giving me all the info I need to know about the Hive! So so excited to live here!
