I have been renting through ASI rentals for over a year now, and I have had nothing short of a great experience. Grant is a kind and helpful landlord who makes sure any concerns are resolved quickly. The building is clean, safe, and conveniently located. Meanwhile, the maintenance staff is also very friendly and attentive. Any maintenance requests are always resolved promptly. Highly recommend to any students at the University of Iowa!

I stayed at an ASI Rentals property for exactly one year during my internship at the University of Iowa, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From my very first interaction, everything was seamless. The entire team, from maintenance to administration, is exceptionally patient, highly skilled at problem-solving, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their tenants. I'm only giving 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed by Google, but they truly deserve more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience.

ASI rentals was a great company to rent through. This past year was my first time renting an apartment and the process was simple. Our manager, Grant, is friendly and responded quickly when anything came up; I always got a response when I sent a text or email. The maintenance staff are all considerate and kind. Our building was reliably clean and the trash chutes are convenient. I lived at 630 S Capitol St, which is an easy walk downtown and close to the South Campus Cambus route. Overall, ASI rentals is a great company and I would highly recommend working with them.

Living with ASI rentals during my time in Iowa City was a great experience. Aaron and Grant are very responsive and accommodating and maintenance is helpful. Units are clean. Unlike many other landlords and management companies in Iowa City, they actually seem to care about their tenants. I lived with them for 3 years at 630 S Capitol, and I can highly recommend them!

The place is clean and close to campus. I like the garage downstairs for my car. The patio area in the middle of the complex is nice during the spring and fall but can get chilly in the winter. Overall I like living here very much and would recommend.
