TRAC 75

This is an amazing place to live. The building and apartments are designed so well. The community is a great place to live. The location couldn’t be better. The management Staff are amazing and helpful and very accommodating.I have zero complaints about living there. The thoughtfulness of the Maintenance man cannot be explained in words. He is simply a blessing. I loved every minute of being a renter at Trac 75! If you have the opportunity to live at Trac 75 please take it, you will not regret it!

Amazing tour. Answered everything I needed to know and follow up was excellent. Picked this place because of his tour after learning all the nitty gritty details.

I couldn't get my security deposit back after I moved out for more than 3 months until I told the property manager I was going to sue them. The new property manager is always late for work and neglect his duties. You will have difficulties in looking for him. The apartment is good. The maintenance team is professional and friendly. I have lived here for more than 3 years. However, I suggest not consider this apartment unless you have a good attorney.

STAY AWAY FROM DOLBEN AND TRAC75. I moved out in late January and began processing the deposit check one month ahead. However, it has been half a year and I still have no idea where the check is😄 There were million times calls. I did everything I could to be cooperative (after I left, my friend who still living there even signed the formal consent to make them easier to give the check) In the past six months, from their dismissed formal manager to other staff, they kept being “nice” without solving any problem. FYI they also haven’t gave me the bonus for referring my friends to live there😅 what a FRAUD
