David Finn was great to work with! He is very easy to reach. He was totally transparent with us, super communicative, and really persistent in advocating for us throughout the process. He found properties that were a good fit for us and took our preferences into account in a way that most other realtors did not. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Boston.

To quickly summarize my experience with Gateway (Working with Davin Finn, our real estate agent), it was phenomenal. I told David that we needed to move-in within the next two and a half weeks. We knew it was a difficult task but with the relentless work ethic from Mr. Finn, we were able to find the perfect place for my roommates and I. David sacrificed his Friday night to show us 7 places! We are extremely glad to have been able to work with David. Lastly, he was extremely prompt in responding to our emails with answers to our questions. 5 stars around the board!

We worked with this company in connection with an apartment lease. They were fine to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable enough. Feedback I’m not sure that this business is keeping pace with today’s sensitivity around personally identifiable information (PII) and the confidentiality of application information. As a suggestion for consideration, this company should implement a secure document portal (or something like that), instead of asking that application information be provided by email.

Was looking for an apartmen and i Met up with Paul mcallister, he showed me an apartment one time, it was exactly what I needed.Didn't need to search any longer. He was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions.he was extremely prompt in responding to my emails and texts in regards to any questions that I had. Would absolutely recommend them!

Very positive experience with Gateway and especially Paul! It can be challenging when moving from out of flatware but Paul went above and beyond and helped me get my new place! Even when we had some issues he was always on top of it and got it all sorted out. Highly recommend Paul and Gateway!
