I would absolutely recommend Granite Management to anyone looking for an apartment in Boston. I lived in one of their buildings for 7 years, in two different apartments (just moved from a 1 bed to a 2 bed). The building was always kept clean and they were always making improvements to it. Anytime I had to put in a maintenance request it was taken care of right away and fixed properly. Jeremy and Larry were wonderful to deal with! They truly care about their properties and tenants. If you find an apartment with Granite Management, rent it ASAP!

I lived in one of the buildings for 8 years. Im quite selective about where I live. Granite management has been amazing and that is an understatement. Both Jeremy and Larry goes above and beyond in taking care of the building and very prompt, responding to any calls or service request. I honestly cannot say a single negative thing. They set a really high bar for management. And they are always very respectful and considerate. I loved living in Sutherland for the 8 years, and having them as mgmt was significant part of it. They are the best! Experience like this is a rare gem. Thank you so much for really great 8 years!!

I was in a challenging apartment situation that required me to leave quickly. Granite Management were responsive quickly and got my roommate and I into an apartment quickly. This is a clean and professional living arrangement. Highly recommend.
