He went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we were looking for while being realistic. I wish I could give zero stars. Warning to Worcester clients, avoid this company. Kimberly and her staff are at best uninformed about the units/companies they are representing, and at worst, misrepresent the situation until the application is already submitted. We would have never moved into the unit we signed up for had we known that 1. The real estate agent we were working with was not part of the management company for the buildings we were seeing. 2. That absolutely no parking was available, and the waitlist estimate time is "unknown"- leaving us without parking downtown. Kimberly suggested street parking which is highly limited. We genuinely have no idea how we are going to get to and from work on a day to day basis- with no idea of how long we will have to do so. Also, this company

Matha is the worst person to work with, asked me 4 times if my credit score was over the specified amount after I confirmed multiple times, then she cancels my tour 20 mins before and rescheduled for the next day just to refuse to show me the apartment until I provide her with my credit score and income? Very unprofessional and I feel like she discriminated against me
