Town Property Group

John at Town Property Group was great, helping us find our new apartment in Brighton. He showed us a handful of apartments in our price range when we reached out to him. He was very communicative throughout the process of signing our lease and picking up our keys on September 1. We would definitely recommend this company if looking to rent a place in Boston!

He helped to make everything go smoothly and quickly, and responded to our calls and emails very promptly. He is very knowledgeable about the area and made us feel comfortable. Last spring, I worked with David and he helped my partner and I find a perfect, 1 bedroom apartment near the B Line! He communicated clearly & efficiently, and had prepared a great list of apartments for us to see before we got to the office. After looking at apartments for an hour or two, we signed the lease and have been very happy with Town Property Group. Domenica was the realty agent who helped me find my current apartment. She was extremely kind and friendly throughout the process. Additionally she was straightforward and easy to communicate with in regards to the apartments we were looking at. I never felt bullied, pressured or talked down to like many landlords and realty agents act to try to force you into an apartment so they can make a quick buck. The other staff at Town Property Group were also very helpful and friendly whenever I came into the office. I recommended them to my girlfriend and I'll continue to do so for my other friends as well
