Townhouses of White Oak

Townhouses of White Oak has been very good since moving in 2 months ago. The office staff is very friendly and helps out when needed. Maintenance is very fast and efficient when in an emergency. When I had a water problem, they called back after calling the emergency line within 5 minutes and showed up within 30 minutes. The community here is very nice and there are no problems ever. The neighbors are nice and are very friendly. It is a very good place to live.

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am very thankful. The townhomes are newly renovated before moving in, and they are affordable. I've only had to call maintenance twice & both times they came right away and fixed my issues. Our property manager Terry always greets me with a smile & is helpful when needing assistance with something. They are big on keeping the property maintained, not only with cleanliness, but lawn care is here on a regular basis to keep it looking like home! My neighbors are great & we have amazing children in our area. I have referred several families here & will continue to do so!

The women in the office are liars. They set an appointment when I arrived no one was in the office and then they pretend to act like they never set the Appointment. I got my text with the set time and date

Decent but has lots of cons, terrible maintenance; service requests take months to get responded to, pool rules very strict; terrible hours especially for adults that work, terrible pest control team very lazy and products used for house interior doesn’t work constant bug problems. Management is very sweet and the housing itself is nice, quiet neighborhood as well.

Danielle Engelhardt I’ve been living here for a year..My experience here has been absolutely wonderful. Even with the renovations the management and maintenance are always on top of any situation and extremely pleasant to deal with. My Neighbors are all extremely friendly. I feel very safe and secure in this area . I love my Apartment and living here
