Townhomes at River's Crossing

I haven’t even moved in yet, I sent in application went to see the unit. I have been calling everyday for almost 2 weeks no response. There is only like 50 units on this property there is no way the leasing office is busy or can’t answer that’s just bad management. Then when I went to see the property in person they told me it’s closed even tho I had an appointment scheduled. I had to complain just to see someone’s old dirty unit. Bad management don’t come here! No answer from leasing office, no answer from maintenance either, no text back, no emails, and the area is not the best!

Pertaining to leasing office staff: not responsive during normal business hours consistently, often not there in the office which is why phone doesn’t get answered. This has turned minor issues into major ones. Pricing is unreasonable for the quality of the townhome and the frustration of not having issues addressed in a timely manner. Stay away unless these things get addressed (which they have not)

Whoever did not get a call back. You dodge a bullet. Mold, no hot water, They do not come for repairs, the office manager and corporate are never available to add they are very disrespectful. Go somewhere else with better service and respect

Don’t waste your money… these people don’t care about nothing. I’ll let the pictures describe this place & this time I’m not taking them down because people should know the real of how it is living in this dump!! I hate that I even stayed this long .. y’all should be a shameful of the lies to make this place seem good to live at and taking people’s hard earned money !!! This is one of the worst places to live especially if you have a family. Majority of these units are infested with roaches. One unit has about 10 people living it with numerous cats and dogs and that’s where the problem comes from. The leasing manager is barely in the office you have to go over his head to get real help. He will go behind your back when you get top dogs involved all because he’s money hungry. I begged for help my whole stay here. 1664 IS DISGUSTING they refuse all kinds of help from pest control. Eli the leasing manager does NOTHING to fix the problem, pest control can’t even fix the problem. The health department needs to come and investigate these units, my unit is considered a health violation. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I really hate this place. The area is
