If you are looking for a good place to live with great security, The Austin Apartment, are the way to go. I have been living at the Austin homes for going on a year now. Anytime I have any issue with maintenance it is fixed, in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have children.

I contacted the office to seek a rental property. I spent 20 minutes on the phone discussing information on a mobile home they had being cleaned. I asked for pictures and Bridgette told me she will go take them and send them to me. 20 minutes later she messages and says she got busy and it will be after lunch. It was 1130am. At 4pm I messaged because I hadn't heard from her. She said she couldn't get the pics and I will have them first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning she messaged ahe received a deposit for the mobile home site unseen. I told her I wasn't interested in a property where they rent without having the person look at the property, she responded with "Youre welcome for keeping you informed" Excuse me?! Townhome Properties 409 w walnut apartments are infested with bed bug and roaches iv treated my apartment as much as possible but they re in the walls from my neighbors..after raising our rent for the 2nd winter in a row for" pest control " I decided to move out and got charged 900 for pest control when I was forced to move or get a bed bug infestation.... I'll be taking legal action and contacting the local health department!
