Red River Realty & Auction

This is going to be a long one, but first, don’t believe the ratings. Their agents are giving themselves 5 stars and posing as customers. This review is to inform and warn from working with Red River Realty. When I first met with Chuck and Lara in September, I was told they would put up signs on the road and list our houses on their website. My house was listed on 10/4/24, and a showing was scheduled for 10/7/24. On 10/14/24 I reached out to Lara Crank to get some feedback on the showing. I could not reach her. On 10/16/24 she texted me that she had been sick and asked me to call her. I called her on 10/17/24 and let her know that I would like feedback on any showings that occur.
