Avalon Apartments

DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE. Please save yourself some time snd money this place is so gross and there is poor management, black mold, mice, roaches, the list goes on and on. Yes there is new owners but there really needs to be New management it’s really the management that is really messed up and I’ll top of that, If you needed something fixed in your apartment you’re probably gonna wait almost 2 years. I really hope the new owners see this because it is a genuine concern. A lot of people have at these apartments and they are moving out quickly but they’re trying to move people in but people are starting to realize that the poor management is, now they have two managers and she said at the front desk it’s only just one of them that act like that what makes this place so horrible and disg

Great place to live! The manager is absolutely amazing and always there for anything I have needed! She is so sweet and helpful....I proudly call this place home!

Was supposed to transfer lease per original agreement but leasing office failed to uphold agreement and evicted a tenant due to incomplete paperwork on a Friday after business hours leaving my sister and her young son stranded over the weekend. This is illegal and we will be pressing charges. Apartments are trash to begin with.

If I could give this place 0 stars, believe me I absolutely would. The management team has numerous relatives living there, and there is an abundance of bias when it comes to issues. They are completely unprofessional in how they handle things such as posting complaints and things to their Facebook group for their residents rather than being discreet, as they should be. It should not be a public forum for trash talking other residents, unfortunately, that's what it is. The management team is utter garbage and should not be allowed to run a street side lemonade stall. I absolutely do not recommend anybody to try and move in here until this current management team is fired and replaced with someone competent. I wish I could give a better review, to be honest. I couldn't ask for a better apartment complex to live in. The office staff is very nice, management takes care of concerns in a timely manner and helps you when you are struggling to keep up. The maintenance is very efficient and gets right on top of issues, without making you wait days. Management and the office staff have been working their behinds off to make this apartment complex better and better. I can see the difference! Keep up the good work!
