Timber Ridge Apartments

Katlyn, Renee and Chip are all awesome. They have turned the place around. I have been here 1 1/2 years and I love it. Great place. They stay on top of things and actually will talk to you about stuff and inform you of any inspections and such. My kids love being able to play outside and love the park that’s on the property. The walls actually are somewhat thin but it’s also an apartment complex. I personally love the fact I normally don’t have walk half mile to my truck in the morning. It’s awesome. 700$ a month for a two bedroom and 2 bath here is worth it for what you get in return.

It takes about 1-2 months to get all the paperwork done , but once you're in they're pretty good to people. They keep the place in order pretty good. In the year I've been here for a year and I've seen them really clean it up and get rid of the riff-raff that was here. The rent goes by your income, even though it's pretty cheap compared to every other place in this town anyway. The maintenance is on top of any problems you have , so that's great. I feel safe and happy here and I'm very glad we came here.

Walls are very thin and I can hear everything. There are no secrets here 😂. decent for the price but don't walk in the grass it's 1000% covered in dog poop. No rules are enforced, very lax maintenance and management.

Katlyn has really made a huge difference here. She really cares about her job and it shows. Plus she is super friendly. Can’t say enough good things about her!!
