My mother put a house up for sale and used Brian Allen as her agent. Although we both thought he did an excellent job taking photos of the house and putting it up on the website, overall it was disappointing dealing with him because of his lack of communication. Had a hard time getting him on the phone and he was poor about returning calls. People would come look at the place and there would be no follow-up for my mother as to what had happened. This left the impression in our minds that because the house wasn't selling, Brian didn't want to deal with us anymore. A little communication isn't too much to ask.
