Mary Jo Stevens should rot in h____. In 2013 I told her I did not want to sell my home and she threatened me that both she and I would be sued. After the buyer decided he didn't want to purchase because he wanted a better warranty, Mary Jo Stevens offered to purchase an extra home warranty. I told her that I did not want to sell. This woman is evil, desperate and I should have continued my case with the Real Estate Commission against her. I could and should have sued her and I would have WON and her license would and should be taken away from her.
