Towne Courts Townhomes and Flats

I helped a relative complete the application process nearly 9mths ago. She has heard nothing besides being told that she was on a wait list. No one answers the phone or bothers to return calls. Despite the website saying that these were available spring/ summer 2021, I wonder if the property has even been built. I tried driving there, and the address doesn't exist. Seems like a poorly managed housing project backed by HUD.

Attempting to leave a review because I have had no response from emailing to constantly calling. Is it possible if someone can answer emails or even the phone. It has been since August and I still am unsure of how my process is going.

How do you get in contact with the leasing office to check the status of application? The number on the website doesn’t offer any assistance
