We want to commend the all-star team of Trisha Herold and Donna Cordaro of the Donnelly Group of Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. My wife and I are relocating to South Carolina and needed to sell our home in Laurel, MD. It could not have gone smoother. They placed the sign in the yard and the same day the neighbor came over and asked to walk through. The next day he came with his family and that night put in a contract. The house was never even officially listed. A little over 30 days later we went to settlement. They arranged for all the documents to be electronically signed, ordered and scheduled inspectors and contractors, and even coordinated settlement to be completed at our home ahead of schedule. They also recommended a moving company which we used and received a discount. D

The professionalism of this group cannot be throughly put into words. I’ll just say, that if you go with them for selling or buying, you won’t be disappointed. Andrea helped me buy my first home ten years ago, which was a wonderful experience. I recently had to move back to New England and asked Andrea and her team to sell my home in Maryland.
