The Gerdes Team w/ Real Broker, LLC

I can’t imagine ever doing anything Real Estate related without the Gerdes Team. I wrote a previous review when they helped us find a rental and said I’d be back when it was time to buy. Phil and the Team went above and beyond for me. I had a very difficult and unique situation. My mother passed away and left me her house. I had a really hard time letting it go and over almost a year of that process Phil and the Team were with me every step. I was ready to sell finally and found out we needed a bunch of work done. When the house was ready the Team had an offer before even listing it online. That ended up falling through, but once we listed we had multiple offers above asking price, and ended up selling and settling in less then a month. I’m still absolutely blown away by the way the Gerdes

Wonderful Experience! The entire Gerdes team went above and beyond for the recent sale of our house. The process was very simple and well planned by the team. My husband and I were amazed and very pleased by how quickly we got a buyer and went to closing. They communicated well, made suggestions and connected us with other resources during the sale.
