Brendan was amazing to work with as first time homebuyers - he is super knowledgeable in general, but especially about the nuances of the Annapolis market and the quirks of the houses in the community. He never rushed us into a decision, was always available when we needed him, and even continued to check in and help out with questions after we moved in during a huge winter storm. He was so well connected to the lenders and title companies in the area which was nice, and made the process as smooth and stress free as possible from beginning to end. Highly, highly recommend!!

Highly recommended. I have been wanting to post for a while but have been busy with setting up our new home. Brenden and his team were amazing. They helped us both buy and sell our home. During the sell process, Brenden gave us very good advice for things worth fixing and things not worth the trouble. We followed all of his suggestions and ended up selling at 40k above asking within 2 days of listing. On the buy side, he was able to get us into the neighborhood we really wanted, but never thought we could compete in. He provided a great recommendation for an inspector who helped us dodge a bullet with a home that has since been under and removed from contract 3 additional times.
