Our Agent Kristin Luca and her entire team did an EXCELLENT job of getting our house listed, staged and ready to sell. She arranged for all recommended work to be done on a very timely manner, AND even moved a very heavy firepit during a rain storm to make deck appear larger. She also had to deal with a complaining neighbor and handled the entire sale, open houses and process very professionally. Closing happened very quickly and funds received without a hitch.
