Town Square at Wagon Wheel

I lived here for almost two years, and really loved the apartments! They offer modern apartments with good appliances (including a washer and dryer!), AC unit that has a just dehumidify option (handy for the area), and great amenities. They try to make sure there’s an event going on every month or two, and the markets they hold are always a favorite! The location is great - close to the collection and a brewery, so there’s a good amount to do. There are a lot of noisy drivers, but this is an overall Oxnard issue. The floor plans are good sized. Maintenance is fantastic and always fixed any issues we had quickly, and the housing office is proactive in scheduling replacement air filters which is always appreciated. Speaking of, the housing office is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

Moving to Wagon Wheel Town Square has been a phenomenal experience. I have lived here for over 2 years and Stephanie Perez has been amazing since day one. She didn’t hesitate to show us every available floor plan, she knew we were leery of the experience after explaining our disbelief with multiple communities around Oxnard that we lived in or were interested in moving to. Stephanie found us the right place and heard exactly what we were looking for and needed and she delivered. Stephanie has been with us along the way and has treated us like more than just any other tenant, she treats us like family. Stephanie truly loves what she does, and is very good at it. Very cute place to live, and convenient location. They host little markets that support local vendors, etc. Great amenities. From day one, she has been incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us. She communicates clearly, follows up quickly, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of.

My girlfriend and I have been living at this complex for 2 years now, Shalanee has been beyond helpful since the first moment we walked into the office. Every question answered, every problem solved, and we are beyond appreciative for her and Mandy for all the help they’ve given us. The amenities are great. Everything is always well kept and welcoming. The maintenance team is also very accommodating, issues are always resolved in a timely manor. We have recommended this property to many friends and family.

I’ve lived at Town Square for some time now and absolutely love it. The community is always clean, peaceful, and family-friendly truly a great place to call home.
