Chad was exceptional in his knowledge of the loan programs that best suited my circumstances. Chad has done several home mortgages for me over the years and has always provided me with a professional and streamlined process. Not being one that is totally familiar or comfortable with the process, Chad makes himself available for questions and has a good way to communicate in terms that are easy to understand. I have not directly worked with his new partner, Linda, but I appreciate the communications she has provided via emails and the frequent updates on the real estate markets and specifically on my properties.
