We recently engaged Allison to help us with a property in Ventura. We found her superior in every way. She negotiated an excellent price for a desirable unit. The seller was a little shaky and she smoothed everything out and got our offer accepted. She handled the many complexities of a 30-day escrow and kept everything on track. Her communication was excellent. We got frequent, usually daily updates. She worked hard to get all of our questions answered and any concerns addressed.
