Mayfair at Wagon Wheel

I have been a resident at Mayfair since 2022. We absolutely love our home and the neighborhood. The area is so beautiful and well kept. From the beginning, Mandy and her staff have been amazing. Mandy always makes sure her residents are well taken care of. Her and her staff are so sweet and always ready to help. Mayfair is really a great place to live!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mandy Ramos, the apartment manager at Mayfair Townhomes, during my move-out transition, and I cannot express enough how amazing she has been throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Mandy went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and her level of care and dedication truly stood out. Moving can be a stressful experience, but Mandy made it feel effortless. She was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions, offer advice, and provide assistance whenever needed. Whether it was coordinating the move-out details, handling paperwork, or just offering a friendly word of encouragement, Mandy was there every step of the way. Pros: Spacious units Visually impressive Cons: Mold in unit Washer that never got fixed (broken belt and mold) Loud vehicles revving engines throughout the night Homelessness in surrounding areas People digging through communal trash bins Multiple packages stolen from front door Items stolen from the communal garage Located between major freeway, railway and major city street (noise and pollutants) Lastly, unfriendly office staff that make it difficult to voice concerns.

Moved into Mayfair a month ago. We moved from North Carolina, and Mandy made this very big move during difficult times as smooth and easy as possible for us. She provided us with all the necessary information in a timely, professional, and friendly manner and consistently and quickly responded to all of our questions. The maintenance staff has also been extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Overall, a very good move for us!

The staff is amazing!!! Always so sweet and ready to help. Mandy helped us move in and also helped us upsize and she made the process so easy. She always had our best interest at heart. The maintenance workers are also amazing. They’ve responded quick to our maintenance request no matter if they were super small and every time I see them they greet me with a smile and a good morning. I feel very welcomed and safe here. This is a very convenient location as well. Love how close the bars, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are. Blessed to call this place home.
