I put down a $575 deposit on a old smelly townhouse Tourette for a year, first thing I noticed was the floor was horribly stained, one lightbulb in the ceiling fan, the blinds were broke, the place smelled horrible. I was with a Top Notch representative when I did my first walk-through and pointed out everything to her which she agreed was horrible and they said that they could paint the place for me. Finally, two weeks later they sent in someone to paint only for them to put paint splatter on my couch and on the floor. Called the maintenance team for a leak on a toilet and our kitchen sink had multiple leaks. They came the very next morning and fixed the toilet and installed a brand new sink! Quick and easy. Great service and they were very nice. Quickest maintenance work we’ve ever had! Thanks

We have lived in our apartment for five years. We recently began to have a lot of maintenance issues, including a major issue with the air conditioner. Every time that we have called them, they have almost every single time been here the day of or the following day. they just installed a brand new air conditioner, unit inside and out. I like the maintenance guys. They’re pretty cool. And Jada at the office I think is amazing.
