Recently I have had a chance to get Tony’s guidance and selected him as my realtor for record with a new home builder. Tony is an EXCELLENT communicator and would respond to my messages and email( at least acknowledge) once he received them. Exceptionally calm gentleman. He just does not come across as a rushed realtor working for his own goals. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining about the buying process and parting with his rich knowledge of what to look at in a home and right up closing. Please keep in mind that I did not hire a home inspector, Tony still accompanied me to all my meetings and acted as a Trusted advisor. I feel his brokerage is very accommodating and reasonable. I am so thankful with how efficient, dedicated, informative, and patient he was with me in the process of selling my first home. It was a stress free experience and receiving above the asking price is definitely a plus!
