Called about a rental property on their website and the first person that answered the phone was pleasant, but the second person was very short and rude. Before I could finish what I was saying she interrupted me with “We don’t have rental properties in West Monroe” and ended the call.

Yes, they were not the worst people. However, they lied to us about our deposit. We told them in advance we were moving, they showed the apartment (even without notifying us first), and we were told multiple times we would get it back. Frank told my wife and me we should get it back and because the apartment was clean we will get the deposit sent back faster. Just for us to wait over a month and be told we won't get it back. We were never told we broke lease the day we moved out and the crazy part if we didn't call he wouldn't have said any of that. He even tried to say we owed them…… If anyone decides to rent from record every conversation and get things in writing.

I have rented from Today’s Realty for 4 1/2 years. I lived in one of their rental houses. I loved living where I lived and if I ever had problems night or day all I had to do was call and they would get someone to my house as soon as they could. I never had any issues with them not fixing anything that was wrong over the years and problems did happen. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. Mrs. Sandy always made sure the maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Very sweet and hard working lady. I dealt with Vinnie most of the time and he is a very nice young man that takes care of his business like a professional property owner should. Would I rent from them again. Most definitely!

Rented here for three years. Constantly had issues with our house which included pipe bursts and air conditioning going out. Our air conditioner was faulty for our entire last year of living there. Only wanted to get it fixed when other tenants were moving in. Frank told us that one of our pipe bursts was either “our fault of God’s fault,” not that it was an old pipe that had frozen…

Their prices can be low. This reflects the level of service and quality of property you can expect. When we first arrived, we moved into a property that was filthy. We spent days deep cleaning it ourselves. We suffered in a property infested with all sorts of horrible pests for a year. They were actually surprised we didn't renew our lease. Work orders will be filled cheaply with unskilled labor, if at all. Our property often reached temperatures of 90°F during the day for a month long period while this company refused to contact a skilled AC technician. We often fulfilled critical work orders ourselves just so the company wouldn't send their employees over for fear they would make the problem worse. The only praise I can offer is that the people who work in the front office are very frien
