What this company doesn’t tell you upfront is that you have to have excellent credit,if you don’t it requires a cosigner with a credit score of at least 700 and make 5X the rent. Did an application and paid 50.00 and was denied so I lost the 50.00. Lesson learned.

I’ve been with Rental Pros for 2 years, and they have been great the whole time. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they have worked swiftly to fix the problem. And the staff is extremely helpful; to name specifically, Leigh had helped me on numerous occasions and had done a great job. Overall you can’t get a better landlord in Ruston than the Rental Pros

Been with them for 5 years, but man they really stand out as one of the best in the rental game! Met this outstanding young man, very handsome might I add, who was such a big help to me and my family, shout out to Tyler! Only complaint I got is that Tyler really was just the life of the party and stole the huzz. I, as a man who’s been in the rental business for a very long while, highly recommend working with this company!
